AM I CHARGED THE FULL QUOTED AMOUNT EVEN IF IT DOESN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO CLEAN MY HOUSE?
Yes, our cleaners are human and some days they are quicker and sometimes slower. We always guarantee our cleans so you can rest assured that your cleans will always be of the highest standards. So this also means that if the clean takes longer you won’t be charged extra either.
DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO VISIT MY HOUSE BEFORE I CAN BOOK A CLEANING?
Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning over the phone. If on the first clean if the cleaners find anything that could affect the cost of the clean we will address it with no extra charge on the first clean.
ARE CLEANING SUPPLIES INCLUDED?
Cleaning supplies are included by default. This ensures you do not need to worry about having the products on site. We also do not use old rags and tools between jobs as each job has a new set of cleaning supplies so there is no cross contamination between cleans,
However, if you have cleaning supplies you wish us to use, we can definitely use them so please advise our staff. This includes mops, vacuums and any cleaning chemicals you wish us to use.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY CLEANING?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
Scheduling Questions
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can sometimes meet this requirement.
DO I HAVE TO BE THERE FOR MY CLEANING?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be onsite, make sure you let us know how to access your house by speaking to our management team. We also have strict guidelines for clients who give us a spare key. We also have these locked away and have no identifying details on each key chain.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA or if a rescheduling event has to take place.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will be generated at the end of the week when the clean took place.
ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?
We always send two cleaners to each clean. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same tramp going forward.
ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential & cleaning to work with us and if they don’t meet our standards we continue to train but also make hard decisions if they do not meet our standards.
